Service Termination

Termination without CauseEither party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior notice.
Termination Effects:Upon completion, you will lose access to all services and paid content.

Survival of Clauses:Limitation of liability and intellectual property clauses shall survive termination.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.

Jurisdiction:The courts of Bucharest, Romania, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
